Dr. Shira Mor
Dr. Shira Mor is an expert in Singularity Academy, with the focus on the themes of sociology and psychology.
Dr. Shira Mor is the CEO of Mona Lisa Consulting and an Adjunct Professor at Bentely College. Prior to her current positions, she was a Harvard Kennedy School Research Fellow at the Women and Public Policy Program (WAPPP) and an Assistant Professor of Management at Erasmus University (2013-2016).
Shira graduated from Columbia University with a B.A in psychology and sociology (magna cum laude) and a Ph.D. in Management from Columbia Business School (2013). Shira also obtained certificates of negotiations training from Kellogg School of Management and was the Inaugural Negotiations Fellow at Columbia Business School.
Dr. Shira Mor's research in organizational behavior is geared towards examining the effects of culture, gender and race on organizational processes and outcomes and has won awards from the International Association for Conflict Management (IACM) and the Society for Personality and Social Psychology. She has published negotiations research in leading journals such as Psychological Science and the Harvard Business Review. Shira also currently works with leading global organizations on examining interventions for facilitating professional outcomes for minorities and improving work-life balance for men and women equally.
